This brand new house is a high quality home with every comfort imaginable. The owners believe this is by far the best house that they have ever owned and are delighted at the outcome of this new build holiday home which they planned from scratch. Situated just a short walk from the centre of the main town, having the advantage of being slightly elevated, it has one of the best locations on the whole island with outstanding views of Arran and Little Cumbrae. The house enjoys sunny aspects accross the very large back garden all day long. The house is large and very comfortable. It is extremely well appointed and has Broadband Internet Access and Sky TV. It also benefits from a modern eco- friendly heating system. This is very energy efficient, and keeps it very cosy in the winter.
THE ACCOMMODATION
The Kitchen, Dining Room and Lounge are all open plan creating a very large, roomy living space of the highest quality. The Lounge has a large TV with Sky Subscription. There is also a DVD player and CD player. Off the lounge - connected by sliding doors - is a separate living room with Separate Sky Tv subscription and SKY+. So perfect for the kids and adults alike.The lounge, living room, dining room and kitchen all have large patio doors from each area which maximise the panorama of wonderful views. The open plan kitchen and dining room, with large utility room (and shower room/toilet to the rear) seats 8 with magnificent views over the sea towards Little Cumbrae and Arran. From this area you can step out on to the large south facing terrace and enjoy pleasant drinks or a meal. The main bathroom has a large sized bath and shower. The Second Twin Bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe and clothing storage space.
OUTSIDE SPACE - There is a very large fully enclosed private rear garden with secure fencing for toddlers and young children. The wonderful Sunny Patio area is furnished with a large table and 8 chairs and modern barbeque with plenty of space for your whole party. This is a very private area where you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst soaking up the the sun and enjoying breathtaking views. Prvate parking for 2 cars to the front of the house.
Although Duvets and Pillows are provided, bed linen and towels are not so please ensure you bring enough with you for your stay.
